Shipping and Returns
We know how excited our customers are to receive their embossed rolling pin, so all orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time and carrier varies by destination:
- Shipping within the USA: 3-5 business days with tracking.
- Shipping outside the USA: 9-22 business days with tracking.
We ship all orders from the USA using a network of carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and more. The carrier used to ship each order depends on a variety of factors and unfortunately we are unable to advise customers which carrier will be used in advance.
Please note all international orders (outside of the USA) may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge and/or delivery delay beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to determine if there are any additional costs.

Shipping Timelines for the 2022 Holiday Season
For those of you who are purchasing our products as gifts, we are excited to get your order to you quickly and in advance of December 25! In order to ensure that you receive your order by December 25, our shipping carriers are recommending that you place your order by the following dates depending on your location given increased shipping demands during this holiday season:
- Shipping within the USA: Order by December 9 at 6am PST.
- Shipping outside the USA: Order by November 21 at 6am PST.
Please note that these deadlines are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and you may receive your order before December 25 even if you order after these deadlines. However, we recommend placing your order well in advance of the dates above to ensure delivery by December 25. We will not be held liable for any orders that arrive after December 25. We appreciate your patience during this time.

We know you'll love your embossed rolling pin, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason simply mail the new or used rolling pin back to us and we'll provide a full refund, less the initial shipping charge, upon receipt.
Returns must be mailed to us within 15 days of the date you received the item. Returns after 15 days will be solely at our discretion and, if permitted, may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note that any returns must be mailed to us at your cost.
If you wish to make a return, then please email us first to initiate a return request and receive the return mailing address. Returns that are sent without initiating a return request first will not be processed. Returns that are sent to a different mailing address will be returned to sender. Please indicate the reason for your return in the email along with any photos if necessary for fastest processing.
